本隱私權政策說明「新北市政府消防局藥物使用電子手冊」（以下稱「本 App」）如何處理使用者資料。
一、資料蒐集
本 App 不要求使用者建立帳號，也不會蒐集、傳送或分享可識別個人的資料，包括但不限於：
- 姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼或其他聯絡資訊
- 精確或概略位置
- 健康、醫療或急救個案資料
- 裝置識別碼、廣告識別碼或其他追蹤資訊
- 使用紀錄、搜尋內容、當機紀錄或分析資料
本 App 不含廣告、跨 App 追蹤工具或第三方分析服務。
二、僅儲存在裝置上的資料
為提供基本功能，本 App 會在使用者的裝置上保存下列資料：
- 收藏的藥卡
- 最近查閱的藥卡與查閱時間
- 藥卡查閱次數
- 是否已確認醫療聲明
上述資料僅用於本 App 的收藏、最近查閱與顯示流程，保存在 App 的本機沙盒中，不會傳送給開發者或任何第三方。
三、網路連線與第三方服務
本 App 的藥物參考內容與圖片均隨 App 安裝，可完全離線使用。目前版本不會連線至開發者伺服器，也未整合第三方登入、雲端同步、廣告、分析或追蹤服務。
四、裝置權限
目前版本不要求相機、麥克風、照片、聯絡人、定位、藍牙或健康資料等系統權限。
五、資料保留與刪除
本機資料會保留至使用者在 App 內變更相關狀態，或從裝置刪除本 App 為止。刪除本 App 會一併移除其本機沙盒中的收藏、最近查閱、查閱次數與醫療聲明確認狀態。
六、兒童隱私
本 App 不會主動蒐集任何使用者的個人資料，因此也不會主動蒐集兒童的個人資料。
七、政策變更
若未來版本新增帳號、網路內容更新、雲端同步、分析、錯誤回報或其他涉及資料蒐集或傳輸的功能，本政策與 App Store 隱私申報將在相關版本發布前更新。本頁會標示最新更新日期。

Privacy Policy for New Taipei City Fire Department Medication Handbook

This Privacy Policy explains how the “New Taipei City Fire Department Medication Handbook” (the “App”) handles user data.
1. Data Collection
The App does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, or share personally identifiable information, including:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information
- Precise or approximate location
- Health, medical, or emergency patient information
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or other tracking information
- Usage history, search queries, crash logs, or analytics data
The App contains no advertising, cross-app tracking tools, or third-party analytics services.
2. Data Stored Only on the Device
To provide its basic features, the App stores the following data on the user’s device:
- Favorite medication cards
- Recently viewed medication cards and viewing times
- Medication card view counts
- Whether the medical disclaimer has been acknowledged
This data is used only for favorites, recently viewed items, and related display flows. It remains in the App’s local sandbox and is not transmitted to the developer or any third party.
3. Network Access and Third-Party Services
All medication reference content and images are bundled with the App and can be used completely offline. The current version does not connect to developer-operated servers and does not integrate third-party sign-in, cloud synchronization, advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
4. Device Permissions
The current version does not request access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, Bluetooth, Health data, or similar system permissions.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Local data is retained until the user changes the relevant state in the App or deletes the App from the device. Deleting the App removes its favorites, recently viewed items, view counts, and medical-disclaimer acknowledgement from the App’s local sandbox.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children.
7. Changes to This Policy
If a future version adds accounts, network content updates, cloud synchronization, analytics, crash reporting, or other features involving data collection or transmission, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before that version is released. The latest revision date will be shown on this page.
